YONAR’S is located in Toyosaki, Tomigusuku City. Toyosaki Chura Sun Beach and Outlet Mall Ashibinaa are nearby and are popular areas in Okinawa. YONAR’S has a bright atmosphere like a coffee shop.
There is a food ticket machine on the right hand side as soon as you enter the store. It is easy to understand because it is a meal ticket machine with a photo.
Since this was my first time to visit, I ordered cartilage soki soba. This is because Okinawa soba is delicious, no matter what you eat. And this is all-you-can-drink Shiikuwasa juice. When you turn the faucet, you can drink all-you-can-drink Shiikuwasa juice from the factory A little sour Shiikuwasa juice is perfect for hot Okinawa.
And this is the cartilage soki soba (large).
A simple Soki soba with soft cartilage soki and seaweed. First I tried a bit of soup. It was delicious soup with a perfect balance between bonito and pork bone soup. The soup made by adding bonito to the pork bone-based soup has no pork bone odor and was a delicious soup that bonito does not claim too much. And straight noodles are often tangled in the soup, making it very delicious Soki soba. The cartilage Soki was very soft and delicious until the last drop of soup.
I went to eat bone soup another day. Okinawa’s unique and exciting bone soup. First I tried drinking soup. The rich soup stock of pork bones was a good soup. This is Okinawa’s bone soup bowl Furthermore, the meat around the bones was very soft and delicious. I was very happy for some reason when I got meat cleanly. Bone soup that feels the rich taste of soup stock. It was delicious until the end.
