It is thick, but it is not greasy and can be eaten with unexpected easily. Pig meat were also cooked well and are soft, when put in your mouths, they collapse. It is a very delicious Okinawa soba with a rich soup matched with a mochi mochi texture of raw noodles.
On another day I ate Okinawa soba with easy taste. Okinawa soba with a light taste, its appearance is different from the rich taste. The topping has changed to a three-piece meat and Kamaboko, but the biggest difference is the color of soup. Of course, not only the color but also the taste of the soup is different. It is a bonito flavor soup stock. Even if it says it is a light taste, the taste is not thin, but bonito has been steadily appearing. It matches well with the texture of raw noodle, it is delicious Okinawa soba.
Yonabaruya II was a delicious Okinawa soba, both rich taste and easy taste. It is difficult which is recommended. I’d recommend going to Yonabaruya II in family and group and trying to eat and compare. I am also happy that there is a drink bar with iced tea and ice coffee. After eating Okinawa soba, I would like a cup of coffee.
