Tsukemen Takeran is located along the Kokusai dori street in Naha city. It’s hard to find because it’s in a little alleyway, but the street in front of the shop is like this. Shops surrounded by red line is Tsukemen Takeran.
The inside of the shop is a small shop with only counters. A big sign of “いらっしゃいませ (Welcome”) tells the shopkeeper’s enthusiasm. I came to this afternoon on a fine day. I thought it was the first ride but there was a previous guest.
The menu looks like this. I ordered a Shimabuta Tsukemen and Japanese dumplings. I’m looking forward to it.
Buy tickets with a ticket vending machine and order.
Well, Shimabuta Tsukemen (900 yen) and Japanese dumplings (300 yen) came. The toppings of Tsukemen are pork, semi-mature eggs, glue and many kinds and I feel a little profitable. Straight noodles are rare for Tsukemen noodles. But they added soybean protein to whole grain flour, it is powerful noodles. It is fine, but I have a response to eating.
Tsukemen soup is a gentle salty soup based on island pig, chicken, fish. The soup which used all the food from Okinawa and took out the Dashi taste is a refreshing aftertaste with a firm umami. 100% natural material, umami soup. With no chemical seasoning added, it seems to draw out the taste of the material firmly. It’s perfect for hot summer in Okinawa where appetite goes away. It is perfect for Okinawa where the hot season lasts long.
Takeran dumplings are original homemade dumplings Gyoza, both leather and red bean paste. Pork, sodika, vegetables, etc. Gyoza using carefully selected ingredients from Okinawa Prefecture is juicy and delicious. Sodika’s crunchy texture is accented and we can eat deliciously. There are plenty of vegetables from Okinawa, and it is delicious dumplings that children can eat safely.

If you want to know delicious restaurants of Soki soba or cuisine
Since you are coming to Okinawa traveling a lot, you would like to know the delicious restaurants of Soki soba and Okinawa cuisine. The book I refer to is "Pia Okinawa Food Book". Not only Okinawa soba and ramen, but also a variety of delicious Okinawa restaurants such as steak, Italian, Chinese, cafe etc are covered. There are also many pictures, and recent Okinawa delicious shops are introduced. "Okinawa shop 77 popular bloggers choose to pick" is an electronic book, but very interesting shops are introduced. A restaurant I do not even know about is included and it is helpful.
