The Taishouken is located along Route 58 of Ginowan City. It is on the National Highway 58 which is the aorta of Okinawa, along its national highway, so we are happy that we can eat anytime. The menu is affixed outside the store in an easy-to-understand manner. Here I resolutely decided to make a Tsukemen with no hesitation.
When entering the store, there is a ticket vending machine on the right hand side of the entrance. With photographs, it is easy to understand for foreign tourists as well.
The interior is a simple building of counter and table seat. I came around 3 pm on weekdays, so there were not many customers. It seems that I can calm down to taste Tsukemen.
As you can see, it is still Tsukemen. Taishouken’s “Special Morisoba” which is said to be the original Tsukemen in 1961. I was looking forward to the taste of that original. I was a bit nervous.
Well, it is time to face the original ancestor of the Tsukemen. Noodles are medium thick straight. The mouth feeling was good in the texture which it made as crispy. Because it is medium thick noodle, it is easy to eat and so there is also a response to eating. Tsukemen soup is a rich taste of seafood based. The deliciousness of the seafood spreads in the mouth. It is a rich soup, but it is easy to eat because it does not get too much. Meat and Menma are also good accent with a different texture. Truly the original Tsukemen noodles! Noodles, soups and toppings are well balanced. It was delicious to have rice in the remaining soup and eat it with risotto style. It was delicious until the end.

If you want to know delicious restaurants of Soki soba or cuisine
Since you are coming to Okinawa traveling a lot, you would like to know the delicious restaurants of Soki soba and Okinawa cuisine. The book I refer to is "Pia Okinawa Food Book". Not only Okinawa soba and ramen, but also a variety of delicious Okinawa restaurants such as steak, Italian, Chinese, cafe etc are covered. There are also many pictures, and recent Okinawa delicious shops are introduced. "Okinawa shop 77 popular bloggers choose to pick" is an electronic book, but very interesting shops are introduced. A restaurant I do not even know about is included and it is helpful.
