Shirosaki is near the road station of Yomitan village. In the vicinity of the Shirosaki there are “Kinchichi soba” and “Banzyu Tei”, and if you want to eat Okinawa soba, I would recommend these Okinawa soba restaurant. Shirosaki is a small ramen shop with 2 table seats and a small counter.
This is the menu of Shirosaki. The recommendation of the shop is “Soy sauce ramen” and “Tsukemen”. In this time I heard the children’s hope, “Pork Bone Soy Sauce Ramen” and “Salt Ramen”, and I ordered “Tsukemen”.
This is the Pork bone soy sauce ramen. It seems that we were the first customers to open this day, we had seaweed served. Although it is a small service, it seems that we were very happy for children who love seaweed.
The soup is a rich pork bone soup, but it is not too spicy soy sauce and it is finished in a taste easy to eat. I think the soup is also entangled with crimped fine noodles often and I think that it is thick rice pork bone soy sauce ramen which is easy to eat. The topping’s onion is a good accent to change the texture.
Next is salt ramen.
This is a soup of a savory taste that is surprisingly scary. However, it is not that the taste is thin, but it is finished in an elegant taste with solid umami and salt control. It is a different flavor from pig bone soy sauce ramen. For people who do not like rich taste ramen, salt ramen is recommended.
And, it was the appearance of Tsukemen I wanted to eat.
Tsukemen is finished in a pork based soup with a chicken and seafood triple soup. It is tasty and sour taste of soup, but it is too rich so it can be deliciously eaten even in hot summer. It is a straight noodle to match it. Texture is good, smooth texture. It is very tasty noodles. It seemed that my children liked it, and it was eaten up to my part. They were saying they want to eat ramen.

If you want to know delicious restaurants of Soki soba or cuisine
Since you are coming to Okinawa traveling a lot, you would like to know the delicious restaurants of Soki soba and Okinawa cuisine. The book I refer to is "Pia Okinawa Food Book". Not only Okinawa soba and ramen, but also a variety of delicious Okinawa restaurants such as steak, Italian, Chinese, cafe etc are covered. There are also many pictures, and recent Okinawa delicious shops are introduced. "Okinawa shop 77 popular bloggers choose to pick" is an electronic book, but very interesting shops are introduced. A restaurant I do not even know about is included and it is helpful.
