Nakachi-soba, Okinawa soba long-established restaurant loved by locals

The inside of the restaurant feels like a Soba restaurant in Okinawa. There are plenty of table seats and it is safe even with children. It will be crowded with locals at noon.

The menu looks something like this. There are standard soba such as Okinawa soba, Soki soba and Tebichi soba, but there are also some rare soba in Okinawa, such as YushiTofo soba and Tori soba. There are plenty of other set meals. I can understand why the local people are crowded at noon.

Today I ordered shops recommended Okinawa soba set (800 yen). It is a great deals of Okinawa soba, Tonkatsu and Juicy (Okinawa style cooked rice).

Soba soup stock is like blends of pig bones and chickens. Although it is a solid soup stock, the aftertaste is not bad and can be eaten refreshed. The soba noodles are small medium noodles, well matched with soup and compatible. The seasoning of the meat is thick, the meat is soft and quite tasty. It has become a good accent of Soba. It’s delicious Okinawa soba no tired, yet cheap and rich in menus. I understand that being loved by locals for a long time. Please drop in if you come near.
