Muc is located near Nishizaki Athletic Park in Itoman City. Since no signboard has appeared, it may be a bit confusing, so you’d like to check the location in Google Map beforehand. The interior is the atmosphere of a small cute Italian restaurant based on trees.
First of all, I would like to drink a cup of alcohol. Muc’s drink menu is this. There are so many kinds of cocktails and awamori, so I was lost for what to do.
There is also a 2 hour all-you-can-drink plan, so this time I ordered a draft beer with an all-you-can-drink plan. It’s fun to think about which dish to order while drinking a draft beer.
MUC food menu is this. It is easy to understand with a picture of cooking. But my picture is blurry. I’m sorry.
First of all, I chose “Seasonal vegetables Bagna cauda” as an appetizer. Then ordered “MUC omelette Porcini mushroom cream sauce”, “Today’s risotto”, and “Beef roasted yuzu pepper fragrant red wine sauce” recommended for shops. It’s fun to be waiting for food while drinking beer.
First of all, appetizer “Seasonal vegetables Bagna cauda” came. The color is beautiful. The source was delicious and I ate it quickly. Then “MUC omelette Porcini mushroom cream sauce” and “Today’s risotto”. It looks delicious, is not it?
“MUC omelette Porcini mushroom cream sauce” was a perfect match with the fragrance of Porcini mushrooms and cream sauce. The fragrance of Porcini mushrooms spreaded throughout my mouth. I was convinced that it was a recommended menu. Today’s risotto is also rich in cheese, beer goes on and on.
Lastly as a main dish “Beef roasted yuzu pepper fragrant red wine sauce”. This was also beautifully served and looked delicious.
Sauce of red wine and soft beef! There was no reason that this was not delicious. This time I ordered 4 dishes, but it was all delicious. All you can drink was filled with my stomach.

Young Italian Izakaya Osteria MUC which just opened in 2017. Although it is still young, there is no publicity, but you can enjoy tasty Italian cuisine at reasonable price. I’d recommend it to a couple who wants to date in Italian cuisine.
