It is a soup with a tender taste of refreshing taste based on bonito stock. Still the aftertaste has richness, it has a solid taste. Noodles are thin and straight. It matches well with refreshing and rich soup. Cartilage poke and 3mainiku are also soft and easy to eat, it is seasoned firmly. Overall taste is clear, you can see why many fans go through steadily.
