Tsukemen Jibei is located along National highway No.329. The sign on the top is a landmark, but since it is not so conspicuous, I think that it is good to check with Google Map beforehand. When entering Tsukemen Jinbei there is a ticket vending machine on the right hand side.
The menu is basically just Tsukemen noodles. Depending on the timing, they may also offer limited ramen. I wonder what kind of limited ramen is.
This is the inside of Jinbei’s shop. It is a simple store in the house, table, counter seat.
I waited for the seat for a while and it came. This is Jinbei ‘s rich fish pork bone Tsukemen noodle (Big). The noodles are sparkling and it looks very tasty. Tsukemen soup also looks rich as muddy.
First of all, I taste the noodles themselves without adding tsukemen soup. Noodles are slippery, they are soft and easy to eat, although they are crispy and stiff. It is extremely thick noodle with high density that we can enjoy the unique scent and flavor of wheat. Using domestic wheat produced in Nagano Prefecture, they draw air from the noodle with a vacuum mixer, so the noodles are massively heavy and have more elasticity. As expected, No.1 Tsukemen noodles of Okinawa. The level is quite different from noodles.
Followed by a tsukemen soup. This is also a super rich dough soup. It is a rich thick soup which is not lost at all even for extremely thick noodles. Seafood-based dashi and flavor are passing through my nose. Dense thick soup in thick noodles. So even those who want rich ramen surely will definitely be satisfied.
Tsukemen Jinbei are also available in abundant toppings for tsukemen. There are various kinds such as garlic’s soy sauce, Yuzu pepper, Shikuwasa sauce and so on. So you can enjoy a variety of taste and flavor taste noodles till the end. Even if it is delicious, I feel happy because my stomach will become tough if it is thick to the end.

Not only Okinawa soba and ramen, but also a variety of delicious Okinawa restaurants such as steak, Italian, Chinese, cafe etc are covered. A restaurant I do not even know about is included and it is helpful.
